We are ready to conduct a pre-move survey, establish volumes, offer a professional pre-amble move plan, generate a detailed moving proposal with a competitive quote.
At least one-week prior to the move commencement we highly recommend visiting your offices and assessing your readiness.
The purpose of the visit is to do the following:
- Establish and explain color coding and issue Unique Relocation Numbers (URN).
- Give a detailed explanation on what The Centric Moving team will do and what your staff are expected to do.
- Acquaint our team to your teams’ focal points (departmental move coordinators)
- Introduce The Centric Moving Company team leaders
- Ensure that both teams’ roles are well-defined e.g. items for your colleagues on leave or field work are taken care of.
- Firm up on the moving plan and the timings (allocate the actual time for the Move and tea-breaks.)
- Answer any questions that may arise.
